problem with payment (CITIBANK)

Hi S_Sun, I never needed to give an authorization letter to Equitable Bank. I simply gave my credit card no. to NZIS, along with the 3 digit code at the back, and they were able to charge my account without any problem. After reading this thread and all the citibank-related problems, I'm so glad I opted to use my Equitable credit card. I only hope they haven't changed their procedures to follow citibank's...
