we care! so please care!
for yourself. arm yourself with all info available first before asking. by then, you will not be dependent on one's opinion of your question but of several opinion on all possible situation. so you will just put them together and if ;your still missing a piece of the puzzle. then ask

We tried tracking the package thru EMS tracking kaya lang ang latest update ay na dispatch na from Beijing to manila last Nov 15. any suggestions how we can trace the whereabouts of our passports?! Sa Phil Post Office ba ang follow up? Wala kasing EMS courier sa Pinas. Need help ASAP. Thanks |

We have EMS here in manila. my documents sent to nzqa was sent thru ems. try the ems track and trace.
www.post.japanpost.jp/english/fee/intel/ems.html
or google "ems".
but i dont understand why your passport are with the VO when you are still scheduled for interview when normally you send your passports only together with your WTR application. for how can you get out of the country to attend the interview if you send your passport.
but anyway, good luck and here's wishing you only the best.

Hi Myrna!
We have tried the track and trace but latest update was dated Nov 15, which only states that the parcel has been dispatched to Manila. We also tried the link you posted but the site only tracks parcel from and to Japan and not from China to Manila.
Most probably it's stuck in the post office. Sending the passport was a bad idea. If only we knew that you can send authenticated copies of passport |
