hello po! bagohan po ako sa pinoyz2nz.. we've just finished our interview by stephanie gong last july 13. how long are we going to wait for the visa? takot po ako na ma decline..pero so far po sa interview nmin, straight forward po kami ng husband ko sa pagsagot..at the end she just ask me the latest sss contribution at membership certification ko sa ipenz, na naibigay kuna. salamat

You are just stressing yourselves with unnecessary worry re interview. You will get your visa unless you are suffering from some communicable and incurable disease and/or a convicted criminal.

But, fear more the current economic situation which might frustrate your quest to look for skilled jobs which will be the only basis for your PR. That should be your primary worry and should be the one you guys should plan about.

Hello Guys,

I just received my ITA today and I'm reviewing all the reqmts needed. I have some questions here... I hope you can shed some light on the items below:

1. I'm currently working here in Malaysia for almost 18months now. There's a requirement in the Operations Manual that If a couple has been living separately for any period during their partnership, they should provide evidence of the length of the periods of separation, the reasons for them, and how their relationship was maintained during the periods of separation, such as letters, itemised telephone accounts or e-mail messages.

is this really needed? what kind of evidence can I present? I usually communicate with my family thru YM. I do not send emails to them, and I'm using a prepaid line so I don't have any telephone bills.

2. When I submitted my EOI, I claimed bonus points for my qualification. Take note also that I already have an IQA from NZQA. But when I received my Application for Residence, they removed my bonus points there saying I cannot claim bonus points unless I have a qualification relevant to my occupation as specified in column four of the Long Term Skill Shortage List. Sabi pa, if you are claiming bonus points for a qualification in an area of absolute skill shortage, you must provide evidence that your qualification is in this area... what kind of evidence are they asking? Is the IQA already enough or I need to provide something else?

3. And also, same with my work experience, I claimed bonus points on my EOI but they removed it on my Application for Residence saying that if i'm claiming bonus points, I must provide evidence that my work experience is in absolute skill shortage area... what kind of evidence na naman ang kailangan dito? Are my certificate of employments already enough together with my IQA, or may kailangan pa sila?

Hope someone can help me on this. Thanks.
