hi there... is there anyone among you who have heard about the open work visa? if so, aside from having a husband/wife already working in NZ, what are the other requirements?

and if i will be granted with a 6-month open working visa, then eventually found a job in NZ, do i have to go back here in the Philippines to apply for a longer term of work visa?

pls enlighten me.
