We are planning to file EOI where my husband will be the principal applicant..He is working for almost 6 year already,on April to be exact on his current job. Though he has previous experience on a different company. We are apprehensive in declaring that since his employer did not apply for SSS nor tax (I think) when he was employed with him though it is a legitimate company pero nagsara na rin. My 1st question is should he declare that job or no na lang and 2nd is if we did not declare the job can I claim for points for 6 years na work experience since anyway closed to 6 years na rin naman sya. I am kind of worried since I've read also in this forum that the benchmark for points (100) may increase soon.Please help!We are only claiming exactly 100 points on this.
