Hello Lex & Ed,
I'm an accounting grad. My plan is to bring my family in NZ. I'll be going there first and after 1-3mos they can follow. This is the reason why I dont want to go there w/out permanent job. My husband and kids will stay here until I have surveyed that place. Mahirap na baka mabulilyaso, wala kami balikan dito. Mag-reresign lang sya from his work pag siguradong mabubuhay kami dun. Anyway I think its easy for him to find job there he is in automotive industry. That is why I'm the one seeking for the help of NewjobZ coz, I'm not employed for the past 10 yrs. 4yrs lang work exp ko and I'm not a CPA. My husband will not allow me to go there and search for a job.
I felt sad with what had happened to you lex, hindi kayo masyado nagkalinawan ng in-charge sayo. In my case, Mr Luan Van Stadden immediately send me schedule of fees. So, before I paid US$297 its clear that I have to be ready for the next stage with corresponding payment of course.
I'll keep you up-dated as to my progress in that co.
GOD BLESS US ALL! |

Hello people!
I'm a comp-sci grad. 2 years ago, i sent my documents to nzqa to find out if i could get points for my qualification. unfortunately, according to their qualifications chart, my bachelors degree is only comparable to a national certificate. i was very disappointed way back that i didn't push through with it anymore. and then i heard about newjobz.
i have an uncle and an aunt in auckland. they've been there for almost a decade na and they're very supportive of my decision. i also want to go there first and perhaps after a year or two, get my family. i would want to make sure that im prepared and have everything they need before i get them.
my contact person is mahesh dhurvas (not sure if i spelled it correctly).
good luck to you lex and malou. please keep in touch.. heres my email - etanjr@yahoo.com |

Hello Lex,
I was told by Mr. Luan Van Staden that NZ$5997 is the total amount for membership but they have split the amount NZ$2997 for the job searching and NZ$3000 upon acceptance of the job offer. The NZ$69 will be paid weekly for 1yr this will start when already working there, this will cover the life-time membership for them, this means they will continously help us when we want another job while in NZ
I have read thier books over and over. They mentioned about the average weekly salary of NZ$19/hr, if we compare this to NZ5997, in less than 2months we have already earned it. I don't want to think about the NZ$69 at this point, it's easy when already working there.
Don't lose hope. "Our money is really valueless compared to the others" that's why its really hard to raise this amount.
As of today, I think Ms. Ina is still working on my CV. After this, I think I have to wait for their invitation for me to become a member.
Ed- How are you?
PRAY, IT WORKS!

| Hi Malou, I understand the NZ$ 2997 that is memebership fee, how about the NZ$3000 when are u going to pay it? When ur in NZ or while ur still in Pinas? Parang mahirap isipin kung ung NZ$3000 will be paid while ur still in Pinas. How about kung sahod bigay sayo ay maliit? Lets say ung sahod mo US$1500 lang kada buwan? bawas mo tax 19.5% at other deduction magkano matitira doon? I keep on asking them what will be my starting salary in case kagat ako kanila, but they never give specific answer. Sabi ko base on your experience at sa mga applicant same with my field magkano offer salary, pero they never give answer. Of course kung may history na sila they should answer me diba? kaya nga hesitant ako magbigay and proceed with NZ$2997 at NZ$3000. By the way I am currently employed and recieving US$3,500 na. Ang habol kolang ay ung peacefull country with job and for my childrens future. I have three kids, one Mngt graduate sa Lasalle and now working, one Computer Science (Info Tech) in first year college and one graduating this march 2005 elementary. I have stable job habol kolang residency kasi hirap na sa pinas diba? KEEP POSTED PLEASE.... REGARDS. |

Hello Lex,
By the way, allow me to call you kuya Lex and also congratulate you. You have gone a long way na. Wow! US$3500/mo really big earnings ha. Are you here in the Phil or in the US?
I'm waiting for NewjobZ to invite me to be in the member core. When this happens, I'll Ask those questions para clear, di ba?
What did newjobz offer you when they invite you to be in member core? Do they give time-frame on when they can give a job offer to you?
How about the CV that they made for you? Is it impressive?
Hey Ed - Can you pls share your understanding on this matter.
May God be with us all

| Hi Malou I'm out of the country (Pinas) yes its true my salary is enough and quiet eimpressive diba? But still I really wanted to go somewhere like NZ and this is not for me but for my kids. You can see whats happening to Pinas diba? We always see it in the TV Patrol, puro kurakot puro crimes, what you think will happen to our next generaton like our kids, mahirap na diba. That's why I'm very much interested to go to NZ but perhaps not thru Newjobz. Very hesitant nako proceed with them imagine aside from US$297 that I have paid (na di manlang sinabi noong una pa na un ang babayaran ko), you have to pay NZ$5997 plus NZ$69 per week for one year? Dina biro ung money involved almost Peso 380,000 kung 5 people kayo with that money pwede na mag open ng big business satin diba? They never tell me what will be my starting salary inspite of my repeated questions. May nakita ako iba website about salary in NZ, maliit lang almost 2000 minus tax 19.5 sobra liit na diba? Right now I'm still applying thru other means (recruitment agency in NZ or direct to the company all thru internet). Dikopa siguro natyetyempuhan ung company or agency who will give me working visa or permit. My plan is to use that money (for newjobz) to travel as a tourist in NZ this Jan or Mar 2005 and directly apply while strolling. This is what was done ng ibang kasamamahn ko luckily nandoon na sila. I have filled up the Expression of Interest sa NZ Immigation website pero 90 points palang kuha ko. Perhaps they might lower thier points requiremnts by next moth or early next year papasa nako. During Feb 2004, thier point requirements was 195 and keep on lowering until they reach 100 last Sept and Oct. So hoping ibaba nila by next month or next year diba. Anyhow keep posted and MAY GOD BLESS THE PHILIPPINES PARA DINA LUMALAYAS ANG MGA PILIPINO AT MANILBIHAN SA IBANG BAYAN. KAWAWA NAMAN ANG PILIPINAS WHO USED TO BE 2ND IN JAPAN IN TERMS OF DEVELOPMENT, NOW WE ARE ONE OF THE POOREST AND THE MOST CORRUPT COUNTRY IN THIS WORLD. GOD BLESS US ALL... |

About newjobz offer? I have to pay first NZ$2997 to become a member core, another NZ$3000 upon acceptance of job offer, Job offer I dont know if i will pay that 3000 when i'm in NZ but looks like pay first 3000 then arrange ur papers sa NZ Immigration, pano kung bagsak ako or denied? Sugal talaga, Then 69/week pagwork ka na NZ. The problem there kung bayad kana sa 5997 pero nasa pinas kaparin and something happen the most is denied ka sakali, what will happen to your 5997? You think they will refund it to you? Malayo sila wala sila sa Pinas. Another thing pano kung maliit sahod, like the other guys here the offer is 19/hour papatak lang un US$2500 more & less tax 19.5%. Thier time frame is 120 days kung maliit sahod pano na? The CV ok lang, they prefer your CV according to the desired position, like iba CV for Management Accountant, iba CV for Financial Accountnat, iba CV sa Audit jobs. I cant reveal you my location kasi may application nako kanila, Im just writing here to tell everybody what is newjobz, di ako naninira just warning other applicant, di kasi nila sinasabi lahat lahat patakaran nila. They should have lay out their cards from the start... GOD BLESS PHILIPPINES. |

Hi!
I'm still here! Don't worry I will keep you up-dated re my application to NewjobZ. As of now, Ms. Andrea is making assessment on my qualilifications and experiences. I think they are not a scam.
I think they really mean when they say that they want to threw stones and land into the targetted location. They are not only having assessment on my qualifications but also they are doing the same for my husband although he is not an associate. In fact Ms. Andrea is doing a Family assessment on us. I think US$297 is at worth in my case
Just keep on dreaming!

Hi Malou/Everybody,
Just to inform you, its NOT only US$297 is involved here (NEWJOBZ), after assesment if you qualified (which you can also do it by yourself THRU WWW.IMMIGRATION.GOV.NZ. Aside from that, they will ask you again to pay in advance NZ$2,997.00 (equivalent to US$ 2,125,53 more or less) for membership core and another NZ$3,000.00 (equivalent to US$ 2,127.66 more or less) for job offer. Aside from that, once you are now working in NZ, you have to pay them NZ$69 per week for one year or total to more or less US$ 2,544.6
To summarized Newjobz will charge each aspiring applicants a total of NZ$10,000 equivalent to US$ 7,092.20.
The question of ligitimacy, its your concern....
GOODLUCK TO ALL OF YOU. |

Hi IAndres,
Thank you for your advice, but if you only view past messages you will notice that we are aware of newjobz charges.
I'm not saying that this is good for all. What I'm trying to imply is that I'm satisfied in their services as of now w/c is US$297 to avail.
I dont want to take the risk of going to NZ as tourist and return home w/o job(employers doesnt want applicants w/o work permit and to get thework permit we should have a job offer )Yes, its easy to do your own assessment and submit EOI, wait for ITA, wait for approval, etc. But for how long?
I'm getting the services of Newjobz because me and my husband wants to go there on a work visa/permit route, kids on student visa (di na kaya ng powers ko dito sa Phil)
My advice is that, if an applicant has 100 pts and above, has all the documents(diploma, cert, transcript, contract of employment, payslip,ITR, etc)NZ$315 for EOI, NZ$1360 for Application and WILLING TO WAIT esply if NO JOB OFFER, NOT IN POL, NOT IN SHORTAGE LIST OR FUTURE GROWTH AREA I'm afraid baka tabunan lang application.
Anyway, everyone in this forum is willing to be in NZ asap. Kanya-kanya lang tayo ng bangka. KITA-KITS NA LANG TAYO SA NZ!
GOOD LUCK!
I'LL KEEP ON POSTING. PROMISE!
STILL PROUD TO BE FILIPINO,
malou |

Hi to all!
I agree... our situations are relative. One thing important is to be informed about different options on how to go about getting into the "promise land".
Thanks to all,
