NewJObz charge a fee of $350 US just to check if you can qualify to migrate in NZ (they call this associate fee) (this can be done free by yourself by checking this website http://www.immigration.govt.nz/ and do your own calculations if you will qualify to move to NZ) Ask newjobz why the need for them to check this if you can check it for free. Second they will ask you to be a member (member fee cost $3500 US ata). This is when they will look for an employer for you.

Hi,
I am a Indian Software Professional working in Dubai. I was searching about Newjobz when I came upon this forum. I already paid the Associate fees and am waiting for their Pack to arrive.
According to my opinion, I think they are genuine.
It is not true that they are not Registered with RCSA. I went to the RCSA web site and searched their Register and found that both these Companies are registered under it.
Regards,

| I have read a lot of news/forum about Newjobz, but nobody write that they have successfully undergo newjobz and find them a job. they have existed fro more or less ten years now, but unitl now nobody tell they got job offer or work in Nz because of newjbz. Me too still confuse if this is genuine or not. I have paid associate fee of US297, now I heard they will ask for antoher US3.500 and a US$69 for one year upon arriving and working in NZ. Is there anybody told you, they are already in NZ working settling because fo newjobz? just asking |

Newjobz is on its 2nd year. The parent company Stu macann is in 10th year. I think no one wants to be in a member core because it is too expensive. I have done so may researches, applicants from UK got the services of Newjobs. I got these info from a job hunting site in UK, I have seen video footanges while agencies, including Keith, from NZ conducted a job fare in UK. The dif is that we cannot transact face to face with them.
Still, Im not done with my researches. I have paid for my associate pack, now waiting for that pack to arrive. As of now im 60% willing to pay to be in the member core. |

Dear ALL,
Good Day to all fo you.
Just like everyone of us, I am also interested in migrating with work in NZ that's why I approached newjobz too. I have paid the associate fee of US$ 297, (the same info when you search internet about NZ) but reluctant to pay them again the amount of US$2,997 (membership fee) and US$3,000 (when u have acceptable job offer) aside from NZ$69 per week for 52 weeks or one year upon employment in NZ. Quite big amount isn't it. NAPAKAMAHAL....NOT SO SURE KUNG TOTOO...
What do you think? I have read a lot of forum about Nejobz, but nobody tell they are now in NZ working because of Newjobz.
Pwede balitaan nyo rin ako here pls....
Thanks a lot,
Lex |

Hi Lex,
All I know is that Newjobz will be charging NZ$5997 w/c is equivalent to US$3800 to be in the member core. I dont have any info about US$2997 and US$3000, can you please double check it. As of now, they are making my CV and I really want to pursue my application w/ them.

I have been doing a lot of research on this company; they ARE registered, and they apparently had a presence at the Job Fair in London this week.
There is another message board with queries from British applicants, and it would seem that they are genuine but I would have to visit a second website after registering with the board.
I'm going to probably do some more fact checking. They won't refer me to a successful client which had me a little worried.
best

Hello lex,
Like I said in my previous message, Im 60% willing to be a member and pay necessary expences regarding this. I'm not saying that I'm giving my trust to this co. 100% I just dont want to lose hope on gettting a job in NZ. NewjobZ is giving me that hope. I have tried numbers of agencies here in our country but all of them is also charging P200T-P250T and the visa is only tourist. I have also research about EOI and planned to submit but after learning that EOI fee is 315-450NZ$ and the application proper is 890US$ and take note, if you qualify w/o job offer NZIS will only give you a work visa not resident visa. Having a work visa is not a guarantee that we can find a job in NZ in an instant.
Let me put it this way, Yes there is no one who can testify that NewjobZ help them secure a job, maybe because, no one has the nerve to give NZ$5997.
Lets think positive. Anyway, I havent encountered any bad news about this co.
As of now, Ms. Ina of NewjobZ asked me to submit my CV.
By the way, Are you still communicating with NewjobZ?
KEEP ON POSTING, I'LL DO THE SAME.
GOD BLESS! |

Hi ms. malou,
That was very enlightening. May I know what job are you pursuing in NZ?
I've already paid for the associate fee but I'm still raising money for the core membership. Hopefully, I would be able to pay for it early next year.
Please keep us updated. |

| Hi Malu & Ed, same with me I have paid the associate fee of 297US$. Im still hesitant to pay that NZ$2997 to start looking for you a job & the NZ$3000 once u landed in NZ with a job in addition, the NZ$69 per WEEK once u start working in NZ (this is our last communication with newjobz). Its huge amount imagine NZ$9585 or at the prevailing NZ$ to USA$ (1.45497) it cost US$ 6,587,76 or at Peso 372,208.44 quite big isnt it? I have already register with the NZ Immigration, unfortunately I got 90 points only (short by 10 points), for my age (10), education (30) & experience (50) points only. Now Im just waiting to reduce thier points to 90. I noticed (from NZ Immigration website) during Feb 2004 thier point requirements was 185 and have start reducing to 100 to this date. I just hope before the end of the year or perhaps 1st quarter of 2005, they might lower it to 90 points. Please balitaan nyo naman kami just in case enabody of you proceed with the newjobz. By the way I'm an Accounting graduate and a CPA. I dont know also how much is the starting pay once newjobz got me a job, I keep on asking them but I got no specific answer. Sana kung ung sahod is enough to recover the huge amount in 2 months salary lang, ok na sana diba? Another thing, this newjobz isusubo ka talaga, from the start i ask them MAGKANO MAGAGASTOS KO SAKALI PASUKAN KO UNG OFFER NILA, DI SILA NAGSASALITA, PADADAMAHIN KA MUNA NG MAGAGANDANG PANGAKO, NA DIMO ALAM NAKAPASOK KA NA SA BITAG NILA and paid the US$297. I HAVE ALREADY PAID THE US$ 297, AND BEFORE U KNOW IT KEEP AFTER US$ 297, MERON PA PALA KASUNOD??? GANDA RIN NG STROKE NILA, SAYANG NA UNG BINAYAD KO NA DIMUNA MAREREFUND. SPEAKING OF REFUND, THEY SAID THE NZ$2997 IS REFUNDABLE IF THEY CAN NOT PROVIDE U A JOB W/IN 3 MONTHS, THE QUESTION HOW CAN U REFUND IT WHEN UR IN PINAS? MAY HABOL KAPAKAYA SA MALAYONG LUGAR? ANOTHER THING, HOW ABOUT IF U PAY THE NZ$2997 FOR A JOB WHERE THE SALARY IS BEYOND UR SCOPE, SOBRA LIIT KUNYARI, WHAT WILL U DO? KAWAWA TAYONG MGA PINOY, ANYHOW LETS HOPE FOR THE BEST SANA MALI HINALA KO, SORRY PO HA... THANKS & MAY GOD BLESS US & LIKEWISE THE PHILIPPINES PARA DI NA UMAALIS ANG MGA PINOY AT MAGPAKAALILA SA IBANG BANSA. KEEP POSTED PLEASE. GOD BLESS ALL OF US... |
