hi! based from experience it takes quite a while for them to reply to email inquiries. fortunately i have a relative in NZ who calls NZQA to follow up.

i had my assessment in march 2005 and the result came in september 2005!!(which is way beyond the 20 working days)

since i was not satisfied with the results, i had a reassessment last july 17, 2006 and according to my relative (who is acting as my agent) that there is already a feedback and we will get the results by tomorrow.

so if you can i suggest that you call them to make sure that they received your application.
