to all,
my hubby just had his medical at peralta clinic. their okay and vry professional naman. the fee is P7500 for evrything. no stool exam needed. they will accept only august 2005 form. unfortunately, 130/90 ang bp ng hubby, so he was required additional blood test and, that means also consultation with makati medical city consultants. more payments uli. so bottomline, before you have your medical exam, make sure your bp is equal to or below 120/80. or else an exception would entail a lot of consultations and additional lab test so more money. we have spent a total of P13800 . for the hubby. to be okay. good for 2 persons na yon ah.

to sara thomas,
no more vaccines needed sa august form. no stool exam din. that's a big relief for me. thats kind of hard for me with 3 kids. no hepa vaccine din. its 7500 for adults, and 2500 for children ( 14 andbelow) assuming no problem. di ba mas tipid. so make sure na walang lalabas na problem. standard, eye, teeth, blood pressure, PE exams lang.

Hi Myrna G,

I just would like to ask kung nirequire ba yung hubby mo to consult a Specialist or a cardiologist to be exact regarding his BP? May nilagay bang significant findings dun sa Medical Certificate ng husband mo? Smile

Thanks Myrna for the information. Tanong ko lang, when did you have your medical? Also, wala na ba kaming dadalhin sa medical except ourselves and pictures? And, how many times ang tusok kung dugo lang ang kailangan nila?

yes, he was referred to cardio at makati med. who charged as P1000, including ecg, and ecg done by peralta was not acceptable to him. siyempre charged din siya sariling ecg machine nya no.den he was given medecine to lower bp and was asked to return after 5 days. P500 naman uli charged. pero report niya prepared na. he was also asked to see an endecronologist P700 uli charge. was asked to do a hepa c .kasi daw dahil mataas ang cholesterol may mataas din na something eh. (di ako medical field eh) though negative na sa hepa b, gusto hepa c. pa. sabi ko nga may a,d,e, f pa ah. sa makati med lang or peralta ang acceptable na laboratory. P900 na naman yon. dats why i am advising everybody that before you go make sure your bp is below or within 120/80. if not it will entails more expenses as to referral to specialist and more blood test. just this once make sure it is perfect. 120/80

isang tusok lang , pero 3 containers ang kinuha na blood. magaang naman kamay ng lalaki na nurse eh. small container lang ha. i dont want u to think 3 cups. heh! heh! heh.plus of course , urine , one cup ito. you need to bring your passport, plus photocopy of passport and 2-3 copies of ur passport picture.wala ng poo, poo. okay pa ang parking sa likod. sa side street sa likod pwede. eh. di na kami pumasok sa carpark. mas madli. directly infront na ng backdoor eh. their professional naman and nice.call also the one at pasong tamo and st. lukes. you'll find same naman ang price nila. nobody accepts the old form anymore. lahat sila.
