Whatever it is, I've checked the absolute skills shortage list and yung nakikita ko lang na pwede mong pagkuhanan ng bonus points is under PROFESSIONAL ENGINEER. Sad to say, kelangan po ng IPENZ registration (chartered professional engineer) or equivalent. Pero kung aabot ka na naman sa 100 points without these bonus points, kahit later na si IPENZ.

Hi fellow mapuans, just registered recently. Mapuan din ako batch 1995 CoE. medyo confused lang ako. is nzqa assessment necessary before lodging ITA?

Hi archie! Welcome sa forum. Since you've said that you're a Mapuan, NZQA is not necessary.

sarathomas, thanks sa mga info mo. nag claim din ako ng 10 points for my wife's qualification as a primary teacher. She's thru with pre-assessment. In case that we receive the ITA, does she need to have a full assessment with NZQA? Hi Sara, Medyo naguguluhan lang ako. Yung NZQA Full Assessment Report ba eh yung Qualifications Assessment Report na color pink ang paper which states your level and category? Or PAR lang ito? Regards

I don't know what a PAR looks like but my NZQA full assessment report is printed in pink NZQA paper.

makikisingit na rin po sa usapan nyo ha. kse po may common din tayo sa application. hindi nga lang po ako taga mapua. taga SLU po ako sa baguio. hi to sara. baka tanda mo pa ikaw sumagot sa inquiry ko sa isang forum nung isang araw lang tungkol sa nzqa. thanks ulit doon. na mention kse dto na ang VO nyo is si Trina Kuo. gulat nga rin ako at medyo mabilis sya sa applications. lalo na sau len. less than 3 months lng eh decision successfull ka na sa EOI mo. galeng galeng.i hope mabilis din sya sa akin. i just got selected last Sep 28 under VO Trina Kuo also. kaya mahaba habang waiting time pa ito balitaan nyo kami pag natapos na interview nyo ha pra naman malaman nmin kng ok sya at kung ano yung mga tanong nya. btw, i'm the principal applicant & my wife is included in my application. with no kids yet. but planning soon _________________ Regards, (,") dOn c",)

hi sara, just happy to inform you na change na sa Desicion Successful status ko yesterday. EOI got selected 31 Aug 05. May tanong lang ako. Hi Theedawn, Makisingit lang sa usapan nyo. Pareho kasi tayo, i also got selected on Sept 28 2005. But I have not received yet my letter kung saan at kaninong VO ako na-assign. I'm expecting it this week sana. Kelan at pano ka na-inform? at saang branch yung VO mo? Are you working in Taiwan? Vina

Congratulations, bro! Welcome to the ITA club. Ang bilis ng processing sa yo. Good on you.

I'm not sure kung required ang full assessment if you claim for bonus points for your wife's qualifications. Siguro if her school is in the LRQ, then she might not be required. If it is not in the LRQ, then I'm pretty sure ire-require sya ng VO to take full assessment. Opinion ko lang po ito. In addition to this, kung mag-IELTS siya, ang alam ko mas mataas ang band score requirement kaysa sa pangkaraniwang dependent.

Hi, Im Lorina, Mapuan din ECE Nov. 97 ako graduate. Im still waiting for the Decision Successful, got selected from the Pool last July 19. I keep on praying na marelease na rin ITA ko coz i will be turning 30 by Jan, just got 100pts e. Regards sa inyong lahat. Len, ang bilis ng processing mo.. goodluck
