Hi Kate,

May malapit na KFC doon, McDonalds and 7/11. Bumili lang kami ng tig-isang pasalubong for our kids and our family. Sa Golden Buddha temple, ang alok na presyo is 800baht for that same size gold plated golden buddha. nakabili ako ng mini-shoulder bags for my kids and pamangkin for just 30baht each with the usual elephant design, white t-shirts for only 60baht each sa sidewalk vendor lang hindi sa loob ng market mismo. Nagulat nga kami paguwi namin kasi malaki-laki ang nasave namin sa pagstay namin sa First House Hotel, malaking bagay yung libreng breakfast. Hanggang 10am yata sine-serve yung breakfast. marami kang pagpipilian, may plain rice, fried rice, 3 klaseng salad, juice, coffee, bread, noodles na pansit style with asparagus, maraming maanghang na dishes kaya medyo ingat ka, one to sawa! Kaya after breakfast siguro around 3pm na kami nagla-lunch. marami ding maliliit na thai restaurant sa tabi ng hotle kung gusto mong sumubok ng thai cuisine. may mga sidewalk vendor din, para ka ngang nasa pinas. magugulat ka, yung ibang tindera filipinos and yung ibang store and restaurant sa tabi filipinos din. medyo maraming filipinos na nagtu-tour doon kasi pagdating namin ng First House, yung mga staff sa hotel tinanong kaagad kami if we are filipinos. the staff can say right away dahil nga maraming filipino tourists sa bangkok, magugulat ka sa dami. the tourist guide assigned to us her name is Suzie, karamihan ng client nya were filipinos. Sa tanong ni Kirk na kung pwedeng morning ang tour, alam ko talaga sa morning ini-schedule ang tour kasi kami nakiusap sa travel ageny kung pwede sa hapon pero hindi nag-push through, am pa rin ang naging sched ng tour namin. kasi kung gusto mong i-extend yung tour hanggang sa hapon if you want to see the elephant farm pwede kaya lang may bayad na.

anyways, medyo mahaba-haba na kwento ko. sana these infos could help you sa napipinto mong pagtravel sa bangkok. Goodluck!

Mrs.Allan

Hi sarah,

Wala pa akong interview date, just preparing for the future.

regards,
Kate

Hi Kate!

Hi Sarah!

Yeah I was wondering din kung nasan ka... palipat lipat kasi ako ng upuan, nasa unahan then nasa likod then nasa gitna!

God Bless,
Kate

Siguro nga sa next meet na lang...Hindi ko din nalapitan si Kirk pero I saw him stand up nung me tinanong siya sa speaker.

Kaw, me sked ka na ba for interview?

**Ms. Sarah, saan mo pina certify passport? DFA ba or notary public?
**And how much ang need for settlement funds?

Nice to know na marami pala tayo na nag paprocess for NZ. Wala kasi kami relative sa NZ.

Hi and welcome! Sa DFA po ako nagpa-certify. Pero I've heard from some of my friends na pwede na sa notary public na lang. For settlement funds, 1000 NZD per head per month in three months (so 3000 NZD/head) pero kung may matitirhan ka na daw dun sa NZ (kakilala or kamag-anak), 400 NZD na lang.

Hope this helps.

Thanks Ms. Sarah for the reply & sa valuable info.
I am also interested mag join sa group niyo kasi nabasa ko sa ibang forum topic na nag meet kayo & share thing re migrating to NZ.Wala kasi kami relative doon at it will be great to meet you all sa NZ (positive thinker lang po!)
Thanks & Cheers to all! Razz

Ok lang po. You can make use of any contact person in NZ, basta ok lang sa kanila.

You can join our group, of course. Give me your email add para maka-request tayo ng invites or you can email the group's address:
