My EOI was selected and I'm claiming points for my work experience... and I have a question about the recent policy changes I've read on the NZIS website -- that the recognized work experience should be not only be from a country of comparable labor market, but also should come from top corporations... (Sorry, I couldn't paste the exact policy change because currently the NZIS website is down)

I'm not sure if this will affect my EOI or only those that will apply on or after the said date of effectivity (which is Sept 15 - I think)...

Help, anybody? Smile

Sample of case is when you are working in shell in saudi arabia, saudi arabia is not included in the comparable market but shell is a multinational company. So they are considering applicants who is working on multinational firms. Good for OFW working specially to middle east contries.

yes, this is also my understanding...as long as you are working in multinational company, even if the country is not listed on the list of comparable labour market.
