|
|
Hi, I'm new here and I want to congratulate the organizers of this forum for a job well done.
Its very informative.
Anyway, can anyone please help me with this? I've started filling up my EOI on-line. I currently have a skilled employment (almost 11 years now with a particular company here in the Philippines). As I understand it, NZIS will only consider points for current skilled employment if it is New Zealand. Otherwise, I should fill in this data in the "recognized work experience" portion of the EOI instead. Since I'm required to fill in a data on the inclusive period of employment, shall I put in and just assume a cut-off date even though I'm still connected with the particular company? Isn't it that the cut-off date for every work experience a required data to be filled-up in the on-line EOI? Or maybe I just didn't get the instructions. Please enlighten me. Thanks a lot.

Hi Jun.
I placed the current date (temporary only) eventhough I am still employed in my present job. Wala rin namang choice e, you will only get an error message (for required field) if you didn't place anything. I haven't encountered any problems naman about it. You can ammend it later naman when your ITA arrives or if NZIS asked you.
Hope this helps.

Ok lang po. My daughter doesn't have a passport either when I submitted my EOI. Wala namang problems na na-encounter.
Passport of your dependents will only be important during the ITA stage.
Hope this helps. Goodluck.

hi again sarathomas:
It is understood that your EOI online was submitted with remarks "Incomplete" as well as the summary has still have a "NO" entry on the proof of identity? What im afraid of is : it might be one of the reason for not to be selected...im planning to get the passports when ill be invited because it cost me much since i have 5 kids..again..many thanks.. -elena |

If you're asking about my Child's proof of identity (I think that is Section P.8-P.10 of the EOI form), I have only supplied the info which is applicable and available at the moment...
P.8 is left blank
P.9 - answerable by Yes or No
P.10 - Philippines lang naman ang sagot ko dito.
I haven't recalled any portion there (in the proof of identity) that has * so I know that it is not required.
Hope this has answered your question...

I actually have the same problem with my EOI which is marked as "INCOMPLETE" bec. in the proof of identity for my dependent (children) the passport no./details is a required field. I am just wondering howcome for the principal and partner, the passport details is not mandatory. What do I need to do? Please advise.
Thanks and regards, |

hi again sarathomas:
i have another problem. did u been assessed by NZQA? as i understood, my school belong to the list of recognized qualifications.. so there's no need for me to be assessed.Under Recognized Qualification portion F3a. F4a, F5a & F6a. I answered YES for F3a. then F4a NO. How did you fill up the portion if you were not assessed by NZQA? and there's a note below indicating that "if the answer is NO to questions F3 & F4,the qualification does not qualifry for points as a recognized qualifications".
please advise.. thanks & hv a good day! |

Hi again elena,
My school is in the LRQ but still, I have my quals assessed by NZQA before I submitted my EOI, so I have info to put on the fields you've mentioned.
In your case, I would suggest you fill it up like this:
F1 - Yes. Claiming points for a recognized qualification
F2 - Just input your recognized qualification
F3a - Yes. NZQA level (just put level 7 since your school is in the LRQ)
F4a - No. If you put No here, you will not be required to answer F5a and F6a.
Hope this helps. |

Good afternoon. I just want to inquire regrding the proof of identity of my baby. In P. 8, passport no. and other details are required fields. The problem is my baby does not have a passport yet. I want to submit my EOI already next week but the status is still incomplete because of this portion only. Did you encounter the same problem. Would appreciate if you can assist me please on this.
Thank you and have a nice day. |
