I just want to clarify something. If P8 is left blank, this means your answer to P7 is "NO"? (Question is: Will your son/daughter be included in your application for residence?). Will appreciate your immediate reply. Thanks and good day!

To Sarathomas:
Follow-up question. I plan to submit my EOI next week and I want to get your advise re: recognized qualification. I graduated from Assumption College but I also studied in UST (1st yr college only). I transferred to Assumption on my 2nd yr and got my diploma from the same school. I also cross enrolled in PCU on my 4th year for 2 subjects only. My question is, do I need to include all 3 schools in my EOI application? In my transcript nakalagay naman yung 1st yr ko was in UST and 2 subjects was taken from PCU. I am waiting for my PAR results and hindi ko na naindicate sa application that I studied in other schools. Need your advise please. Thanks.

If I were you, I guess hindi ko na po include yung 2 other schools. Yun na lang pong sa Assumption wherein may transcript at Diploma ka.

Hope this helps.
Goodluck.

Hi again summer. You don't have to fill-up info on P8 if you don't have your child's passport yet and I'll assure you that it's OK. Your EOI will still be complete even if P8 is blank. Your childs details will be supplied to fields P1 to P6 and goes somethin' like this:

P1 - family name ng bata
P2 - first name ng bata
P3 - Female/male
P4 - birthdate
P5 - i suppose the answer here is NEVER MARRIED? Laughing
P6 - country of residence (Philippines)
P7 - If you'll include the child, then choose YES.

Click next...

P8 - Passport details lang ito and pwedeng "to follow" na lang.
P9 - Kung di included ang other parent ng bata sa application or separated/divorced, the answer here should be YES. Otherwise, NO.
P10 - Country of residence...input mo lang sa FROM yung birthdate niya then sa TO, yung current date na lang, then sa COUNTRY, of course, PHILIPPINES.

Hope this helps.
Goodluck po ulit.

Regards,

Thank you for your immediate reply. I compared your answers (step by step) against my EOI and we have the same answers from P.1-P10. If I leave P8-P10 blank, that portion is marked as incomplete since yung P8-P10 are with "*" or mandatory fields. Actually, di ko na alam kung ano gagawin ko dito sa EOI ko. I want to submit it ASAP kaso incomplete pa rin status because of this portion only. What will I do? Please help. Thanks.

P8 lang po ang iwan mong blank. Then press "VALIDATE". You'll see na mawawala ang mga asterisk.

You're right! What a relief. Thank you very2 much. You're really a great help. Btw, what is the status now of your application? More or less how much do I need to prepare for all expenses? Can I already submit my EOI kahit wala pa yung PAR results ko?

Thanks. May list of fees na ko pero ang di ko pa na account na dapat pagipunan are the other fees like medical, courier costs, if interview stage na-yung plane fare and accomodations...Yung officemate ko nagsubmit na ng EOI pero wala pang PAR result. Meron lang siyang PAR No. Humingi din siya ng advise from you and Kabayan and your advise is submit na yung EOI kasi hinahabol niya yung last selection. Diba and PAR is only for applicants whose school is not included in the list of recognized qualification?

Ganun ba? Laughing
Yap, I remember, PAR reference number lang is OK na. Pwede mo naman palang baguhin yung anytime.

Tama ka, PAR is usually for applicants whose school is not in the LRQ.
