ok, to my knowledge, levels 5 to 7 have the same points. meron bang effect which level tayo sa Shortage Skills list?

i had my PAR in january 2006 and got 7. after the interview, my vo still wants me to get QAR so i'm doing that next week after i complete my documents. so hopefully, level 7 din yun.

ayokong ma-deny after all that cash flow! Sad
