hello,
this is just to inform you that i gather a very impt. reason why the delay of your stamping for visa in the passport.my husband is working in MCIAA (Cebus airport) at Wuarantine Office. Just yesterday he informed me that his friend (the OIC in POEA here in Cebu) told him that he just got a fax nessage from Manila regarding WTRs. All WTR holders will seek a special exit clearance from POEA before departure to NZ.This is the new memorandum of agreement between NZ and Phils. It is clearly stated in that memo that it is for NZ exclusively.And this is also one of the reasons for the delay since this is a new policy in our Phil government. Okay? Now that they have already agreed then for sure magka sabay ng ma release ang mga visas natin.
Okay?Just continue to pray and God bless to all of us.Hope this bits of information will give you more hope...Also, we still have to atend the CFO seminar.

mao ba? so do you have any idea how to get that clearance from the POEA? What are the procedures, requirements, fees, etc? hope your husband could update us all. Laughing
