Finding a job in New Zealand was absolutely no problem for me. If you want to find work in the hospitality industry there's heaps available. It took me a maximum of 6 hours of leg work, touring bars and restaurants which i thought may be suitable. Eventually i landed one from a cafe which didn't even have a copy of my CV. Pay rates are standardised and you can expect to earn about $10 after tax. As far as working conditions go, i'd have to try hard to find something to complain about.
