good day!

i would like to congratulate the people behind this site.. it is very informative.

i would like to inquire how long will the result of NZQA full assesment be release?

i had my application processed via an agency. i submitted all my pertinent papers last feb. 05 and the agency required me additional papers last may. that is according to them an additional requirement from the nz people. If they have submitted the said papers the 1st week of june, when will i receive the result?

btw, i tried inquiring via email, but their reply was that, i registered a different email add.. of course its the agencies add..

i was given an instruction to write a letter informing stating my email add, but according to my agent, i need to wait, because they are following it up.

i'm looking forward to your reply and advise..

Thank you very much.. Godbless.

NZQA full assessment normally takes 20 working days upon receipt of payment and documents by their office. You may check to their website for further info at www.nzqa.govt.nz. I noticed it took so long for your agent to submit your application after you had submitted to them last Feb 5?? That's odd. Had you lodged your EOI already and/or received your ITA pack? May I know what is the name of your agency?

God's time..

Hi Mesann,

You know Mesann, you don't have to go to NZQA full assessment immediately. Go for pre-assessment first which only takes 7 days so you can apply your EOI immediately. It is very important at this stage that your EOI is been lodged and selected because some say that the NZIS selection points will increase in due time and the quotas for this year are almost filled up. After selection, you have ample time to do what you need to do. Medyo mahina yang agency mo. Also, if you claiming points for your MA subjects they will not give you additional points for that unless you finished your MA degree w/ diploma. 10 points or nothing lang. no points in between.

My agency is Sampang Immigration Consultancy here in Manila and awaiting for my ITA to come.

Hi All!

Good day!

I'm so glad to find this forum. Truly, it is very informative.

Anyways, I just got my ITA last July 15 (I'm from the Oct. 2004 EOI batch). I'm planning to have my NZQA Full Assessment by month's end and I'm wondering about the format of the employment certifications to be submitted for assessment. Customarily, employment certification includes only the position, employer's data, tenure of employment. The ones I have here are just like this.

Can I use these and just include a resume/CV in my application for NZQA Full Assessment or should I request new employment certifications detailing my job description, duties and responsibilities?

Is a resume/CV needed for the NZQA Full Assessment?

Those who have gone through NZQA Full Assessment, I would very much appreciate your help.

Thank you and God bless.

hi baney,

Right now i'm just waiting for the Result of my NZQA Full Assestment. They had just received the replied documents from my school and i think they are checking it right know. About the Employment Certification (Just to inform you i had an agent.) they told me that any format will do. i'll just wait for 20days for the result.

Just always be sure to follow-up your School about the verification Letter from NZQA.If they had it already. There are two ways to send the replied documents.1st) Via Courier (DHL,FEDEX,LBC) and through FAX.

Just remember :

Sender : Registrar
To : NZQA Evaluator

Hi Baney,

Aside what Ben said, some universities/colleges don't have the budget for the courier service to send your documents to NZQA. You have to pick up these documents from your school and send it at your own expense.

Good for you for having received your ITA pack. Marami kami dito naghihintay pa. Good luck.

Hi Ben and Lindbergh,

Thanks a lot guys!!! I'll send my docs to NZQA right away.

To Lindbergh: hope you get your ITA soon. In my case, it took 9 months to finally receive it.

Good luck to all of us!

God bless.

Hi All!

Just want to ask, should my qualifications be assessed first by NZQA before submitting my EOI? or this can be done once my EOI is selected in the pool?

hope to hear from you. thanks.

Hi.I want to verify to all who already finished in this full assessment if you used Assessment of New Zealand Qualification costs (NZ180.00) or Evaluation of International Qualification costs (NZ450.00) in processing your Full assessment. Im really confused with this form and dont know which is the right one for IT profession. , though I will prepare now first one (Assessment of NZ qualification amounting NZ180.00)Is this right? Hope you can help me. Thanks

Hi Maui,

If your degree was earned at an institution at New Zealand, you will pay the 150 and a different application form. If your qualifications or degrees were earned outside of new zealand, lets say, the philippines, pls pay the 450 plus courier fees. The application form also is different with heading, APPLICATION FOR EVALUATION OF INTERNATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS. You need to submit this early because in my experience, this takes about 3 to 4 months before the NZQA will be released.

Good luck.
