July 16, 2005 Hi People of the Republic of the Phils, Can anyone help me answer my question how long the NZQA assessment (FULL) be acted by the concerned Office in New Zealand. From what i know, it only take about 20 working days for a regular processing while the rush processing which means additional fee of $150 takes 10 working days, is this really true? Please share me your experiences. Thank you. blackboy

hi mr. blackboy, NZQA will issue the overseas qualification report as soon as your school give them the information they need. even if you pay for the fast track processing fee, if your school doesnt accomplish and return back to NZQA the evaluation verification form thru fax or mail, they cant still issue you a report. so if your planning to submit your qualification for an evaluation, just pay the regular 20 days processing fee and ask your school to sign the form immediately and ask them to allow you to fax and mail to the NZQA the accomplished qualification verification form. NZQA will issue a report as soon as they received the form, and the report will be sent to you thru mail. gud luck!

July 17, 2005 Gel, Thanks for your message. I am satisfied with your answer. It helps me a lot in the decision process. Actually, I am issued with a WTR visa but my visa officer required me to have my recent qualification be assessed again. Where are you in the process. Am sure you are already waiting for your visa. Hi Gel, My qualifications has already been assessed by NZQA 3 years ago. Is there a chance that their decision would change if I reapply this year? Do they also consider the number of years spent in a related profession aside from education? Thanks in advance.

hi ed i dont think the result of your evaluation 3 years ago will change if you apply for re-evaluation especially if you haven't advance academically (masteral or doctorate degree). nzqa only evaluates your degree, and not your professional experiences. you can visit the www.nzqa.govt.nz for more info.

Gel,

Greetings I'm not sure if you are the one who responded to my e-mail since it uses a different account. I'm happy to learned that your now in your ITA stages I just want to know the status of your partners medical condition. How do you avail the medical clearnace as discussed in the previous thread? May I know who is the doctor who assist you in obtaining the clearance? Again respond to my inquiry is highly appreciated.

I just want to inform you also that I just send my EOI yesterday and I hope I'll be included in the coming August selection.
