Has anyone here been selected starting January 2005? Have you received your ITA pack already?

To all who have their EOI selected on 2005:

My EOI was selected on March 2, 2005 and 4 days ago I received a notification from Beijing NZIS informing me that I will be notified on October. This means that waiting period is between 7-9 months.

Dear jraposas,

I am also member of pinoy2nz and backpack. Actually its good that NZIS Beijing is helping NZIS Bangkok. I am just wondering why on my case and the rest of January to February have not received that news. Anyway did you received the information by mail, phone or e-mail. Great thing is, sooner or later ITA will be arriving for those EOI selected on the 1st quarter.

Regards,

Achie

Hi jraposas,

I was selected Feb,2005 (same as achie) and also didn't get that letter. Was your application originally allocated in Bangkok?

I was just wondering if applications that were allocated in Beijing are processed faster...

To Latebloomer & Achie:
I've known that update becuase I emailed EOI Team to ask about the status of my EOI and I inquired about my casae being currently working abroad (Riyadh, KSA) if possible to process my WTR VISA in Dubaie NZIS. But according to them since my EOI has been allocated in Beijing I need to submit all the requirement thru this office. Also they informed me that NZIS Dubai is not processing work permit & residnece VISA, it is only for visitors (Tourist VISA)

We hope for the best and let us wait for that time.

Hi jraposas,

Thanks for the reply. I emailed NZIS Bangkok but they only gave me an out of office reply, saying that I check their website. What's the email of the NZIS branch that responded to your inquiry? Thanks so much.

Hi guys,

I emailed NZIS Beijing and this is the response:

Please be advised that we are currently working on EOI’s that were received in December 2004. It is anticipated that all EOI’s transferred from our Bangkok Branch will be assessed by October 2005. Your case officer will contact you in due course.

what does this mean??? does this mean that they'll finish dec 04 EOI on september and start with a new batch of EOIs on October? need your inputs guys, thanks!

To Achie:
Below is the email add of EOI Team direct from NZ. I sent them a query to know the status of my EOI mentioning the EOI #. They replied to me saying that my EOI is being allocated at NZIS beijing and even give me the email add of NZIS Beijing. Try to send your message to this add.

EOITeam@dol.govt.nz

To Latebloomer:
What I understood from that message is same with your understading. They will finish all the 2004 EOI and start with batch 2005. Good luck to all of us.

Guys,

Siguro kailangan lang nating maging matiyaga upang mag-intay. Dati nga noon hintay ng hintay. Para mabawasan ang hassle. Let us just pray hard and focus on our work and family. Sooner or later our ITA will come naturally like a butterfly that sits on our shoulder. By doing this we will relieve from stress. Salamat sa mga information. By the way may special case sa yahoo groups (pinoy2nz) sa stage ng WTR na siya hiningan ing IELTS but di nakaabot ng 6.5. I am also praying hard that he can reconsider. Tama lang ang mga forum na ito. This is to give accurate information to Filipinos wanting to explore NZ as new home.

Regards,

Achie

jraposas,

This simply means that our EOI was forwarded to NZIS Beijing hope maayos ang handling ng ating mga EOI. Siguro yung lahat ng January to June 2005 EOI were transferred to Beijing. They have to finish the last quarter EOI kasi naabot na nila yung 2004-2005 quota ng immigration. Thanks for the info. I will e-mail them so that I can track my EOI.

Salamat!

Regards.

jraposas,

Nakapag email na pala ako sa EOITeam. Si Ms Tania Blomfield yung sinusulatan ko. Every time there is update on my EOI sa kanya ako ng email. Tulad ng PAR, IELTS results ko ang NZQA full assessment inquiries. Today ko pa lang ipapadala yung NZQA full assessment ko. Sige until here na lang I need to go to DHL.

Regards,

Achie
