Does anyone experienced this? If I have a job offer from NZ employer and everything is done (Medical, VISA), does POEA still part of the process prior to my flight going out to NZ?

I am waiting for a reply from prospected employer (Telecoms New Zealand) that is why I want to get some points if I will process thru Dubaie NZ Embassy or to go back in PI for VISA stamping. I am currently working in Riyadh, KSA.

Appreciating to read a shared experience from you guys.
