GROUP VISITOR’S VISA APPLICATION CHECKLIST
This checklist has been designed to assist you when lodging your application for a Group Visitor’s Visa with the New Zealand Immigration Service in Bangkok. Application forms can be downloaded and other relevant information may be found on our website www.immigration.govt.nz
The Conditions of the Group Visa are that the whole group must travel both “in and out” of New Zealand “for the same purpose and the same period of time”, i.e. on the same flight and date. The travel agent must ensure that all applicants included in the group understand the condition.
The Group Visa form is the document that the visa label will be affixed on so the data must be written correctly and clearly on the form. Amendments to the form must not be made in any way, either before or after it is submitted.
The group members must stay with the group and follow the itinerary arranged by the travel agent. The travel agent must inform NZIS Bangkok if for any reason, a person included on the Group Visa form is not able to travel to New Zealand. The Tour Leader should contact NZIS in New Zealand immediately in the event that a person leaves the tour group in New Zealand for any reason. NZIS in Bangkok must also be informed, immediately, by the travel agent.
Minimum number of group members is three. Two applicants travelling together must lodge individual visitor visa applications.
