I am writing in behalf of my friend. Her husband was able to get an employer in NZ. He is an automotive technician,47 year old,more than 12 year work experience local and abroad. He took up vocational automotive course from Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA www.tesda.gov.ph). He is now being asked to have his credential assessed by NZQA.
What do you think is his chances of getting a positive evaluation considereing his english is just on a vocational level ?
