Hello! My friends and I are planning to go to Auckland, but a little bit confuse about or lets say working there as a Tourist. Can anybody give us an idea or right information on what to do first.

Hi, legally you can't. However I know and have met many people that have gotten jobs without a work visa. The first thing you need to do is get a IRD number ( http://www.ird.govt.nz/how-to/irdnumbers/ ). Then its basically telling your employer that you have a work visa and hoping that he/she doesn't ask to see it. Apparently the employer is covered from getting into trouble if he/she was told that the person has a work visa, I am not to sure on that though.
