Hi mga Kabayans nagbabalik po ulit ako to ask some questions regarding filling up form 1015 for my wife. She is still in pinas and stiil completing all the documents she needs para maipasa na ang application sa immmigration office sa manila.
From form INZ 1015
1. Section H1 - Applying for work visa outside New Zealand. Provide details.______. Date you will arrive in NZ_____. (What are the details we need to provide? is it related to the date of arrival in nz? what does the "date you will arrive in nz" mean? the date she'll come here depends kung kailan mapprove ang visa nya. Pakipaliwanag naman po )
2. Section H2 - Date you will finally depart new zealand____. (the date also depends kung ilang years ang maibibigay ng immigration sa wife ko. or kung magapply na kami ng residency. Please pakipaliwanag naman po.)
3. Section N1 - Are you and your partner living together in genuine and stable realtionship? yes. Section N2 - How long have you and your partner been together in this partnership? (We lived together from april 2011 until umalis ako papunta dito sa nz july 30 2011. We got married june 2011 but we have been BF/GF for more than 5 years, and we have enough evidence para patunayan na ganun katagal yung relationship namin. sa section N2, should we put 5 years instead of 10 months - from april 2011 to feb 2012? Counted po ba yung panahon na magkahiwalay kami? Pkibigyan naman po kami ng idea )
4. Section N9 - Partners of persons holding work visa must provide ALL of the evidence below. *I have attached evidence that my partner and I are intending to live in New zealand for the same period of time. - Ano anu po ba ang evidences na pwede naming ipresent para dito?
Medyo nalilito po kami at medyo wala po gaano matanungin dito sa hoki hehe.. di pa po namin afford ang mag-agency ulit para sa application ng misis ko kaya nagsarili na lang kami.. Patulong naman po..
