| long story short......moved to new zealand when i was 6 weeks old(from uk) ......came back to uk when i was 12....whilst being brought up in new zealand my father was granted permenant resisedency on his passport and im named on the passport....still have the passport...my parents never applied for dual passport etc....why ill never know!!!! bit of a sore point.....anyway ive been back several times camping ,got married in new zealand,,,will always be home to me......what im wondering is if i would be eligible for a rrv or not? im now 37 would love to go back home for good.any info would be fantastic |

Not sure about your details but there are significant changes in NZ immigration law effective Nov.2010. Please check -
