@ kabayan. lapit ka lang pala sa cbd pero mas ok ang mission bay! hahaha! welcome and hope you find a skilled job soon kasi winter na, mahirap mag commute dahil sa lamig. goodluck!

~ try to get an nz driver license asap. madalas kasi required yan sa work and as soon as you get a job, pwede ka na kumuha ng kotse thru financing or even earlier if you wanna pay cash (i think AA pa din lowest interest sa car loans and insurance, pero better to look around). if u want, alam ko meron din pinoy na ahente (sorry forgot the name) sa bee finance to assist you kasi minsan ayaw magpa car loan ng ibang finance companies if hindi pa PR > if hindi ka car savvy, i suggest getting a car from a dealer para covered ng warranty.
