I've got a decent sized room available in my house from the end of December to the end of January (dates are flexible though). The house and room is fully furnished and inclusive of all expenses (power, water, sky tv). All you need are your clothes!

Great place in the heart of Parnell - has parking or a bus stop just down the road. Easy walk to the Parnell shops, Downtown, or the Domain park. Has a nice deck and cool flatmates already living there! 3 others in their 20's who like to meet new people and have fun. Rent is $155 per week, inclusive of everything (negotiable). Cheers!
