bay,
yang registry sa DTI sa Pilipinas, hindi mo maasahan yan (kailan ba maasahan databse ng gobyerno ng Pilipinas?*). kasi ang nanjan, registry ng mga business names pero hindi kasali ang info kung operating o hindi ang business na nag parehistory ng kanilang business name. Kumbaga, log book lang yan ng mga pumasok na papeles - walang monitoring ang DTI. kapoy baya mag monitor. kung kapoy, walang empleyado ng gobyerno ang gagawa niyan.
*tulad ng NBI, every time kumukuha si Mrs ng kanyang NBI clearance certificate (i think 3 times na), lagi na "HIT" sa database search with the same issue (may kahawig na pangalan na may record sa NBI)- kaya na dedelay lagi - puede naman i correct yun the first time (by adding other information sa auto-commparison - e.g. thumb mark/print.
- para saan ba at may biometrics na.Eto talagang NBI, joke joke lagi. |

HI! just to help u people who do not have the right information about MHETA IMMIGRATION CONSULTANCY im giving some information regading them which i found here in New Zealand through the clients they have migrated and are living permanently here in Auckland. MHETA IMMIGRATION CONSULTANCY is a Philip[pine-based company registered by DTI since 2004. Their head office Asia & New Zealand Consulants Ltd is located here in Auckland as well. The company is of good standing and they are real. I know that they have migrated hundreds of families all over New Zealand.
When u use MHETA IMMIGRATION CONSULTANCY you are actually using the New Zealand company ASIA & NEW ZEALAND CONSULTANTS LTD. and you are totally covered by the New Zealand government laws kasi they are answerable to the New Zealand government for any wrongdoing, so please be free to use them, nasa mabuting kamay kayo.

Thank you for the information you have given us, at least we are seeing both sides of the picture.
I was wondering why the different names of the same company (mheta in the philippines and asia & new zealand consultants here in nz)?
And what is the status of their relationship? Are they one company, joint venture, one company being subsidiary of another?
And what about the contract the client has with mheta: does asia & new zealand consultants a party to that? what i mean is, does asia & new zealand consultants recognize the contract between the client and mheta as their own contract? will asia & new zealand consultants continue consulting with the client without additional costs apart from what was agreed upon by the client with mheta?

The contract is with the Asia & New Zealand Consultants Ltd. and the client and it incorporates Mheta Immigration Consultancy in it as their Philippine based na company. Walang extra charge na hinihingi ang Asia & New Zealand Consultants Ltd. maliban sa payment na ginawa nyo k Mehta, kung nagbayad kayo k Mehta it means nagbayad kayo sa Asia & New Zealand Consultants Ltd. dahil sila ay iisa. Sana ito ay maliwanag sa lahat ng walang alam.

| Hi Marshan, mukha yatang madami ka nang nagawang researched na mukha nman alam n ng publiko. Sa tingin ko ayaw mo lang magbayad sa consultants kay panakabigat para sa iyo tangagapin. Magdesisyon ka kung gusto mo gumamit ng consuntants o hindi. Walang consultants n magbibigay ng libreng serbisyo sa iyo. At walang consultants na maglalagay ng kamay niya sa bulsa mo para nakawin ang pera mo.Yan ang ginawa ng Mheta Immigration mahal nga sila sumingil pero sigurado naman ang serbisyo. Sigurado ako pumunta ka na sa Mheta at sinabai sa iyo ang babayaran mo. Sa tingin mo ba kaya mo ung fees nila. Sa tingin ko hindi kaya ka ganyan. Sila lang ang totoo sa Pinas na consultant you better decide or kalimutan mo na pangarap mo makaopunta sa New Zealamd. |

| Good day, may makapagbigay sa aking ng forum na ito. May makukuha daw ako inpormasyon tungkol sa Mheta. Taga Cagayan de Oro ako at isa ako sa mga kliyente ng Mheta, nakapagbayad na ako ng boung fees nila. Nag-apply ako 2 buwan na ang nakararaan at nasa akin na ang ITA ko. Marami din ako kilala sa Cagayan de Oro na nag-apply ok na din sila. Mahal nga sila pero sigurado naman and totoo, mga professional sila at alam nila ang kanilang ginagawa. Masasabi kong honest sila sa trabaho nila. Ito ay para sa inyong kaalaman. |

When exactly did I engage in "scandalizing"?
I was just sharing what I know and i will share it again: check the website of the Ministry of Economic Development of NZ, go to the companies office section, and search the companies that you want to verify if they are registered with the NZ govt.
I have just checked tonight: there were two entries under ASIA & NEW ZEALAND CONSULTANTS Limited one is struck off (company number 816897), one is registered (company number 1562056).
Perhaps the old one was dissolved and a new one was created? Just asking...not scandalizing.....?

i've also checked the ministry of economic development - registry of compnaies ...asia new zealand immigration company - the company has been strucked off the list - meaning it does not exist anymore.....
there is no asia new zealand consultancy ltd. registered in the data base.
Remind lang kita ito ung post mo last May 24. Sinabi mo dito na ang Asia & New Zealand Consultants Ltd ay di naka-registered, tapos ngayon sa sisabi mo na listed sila and active.Panong nangyaring nakaregistered na sila ngayon samantalang last may 24 sabi mo walang nakaregistered. Eto ung sinasabi kong scandalize information. nagbibigay ka ng maling inpormasyon sa mga tao. Nakatira din ako ngayon sa New Zealand at alam ko ang New Zealand Laws sa pagbibigay ng maling impormasyon sa internet. Ito ay criminal offense. Note i will correct anybody and everybody using this blog for scandalizing and giving wrong informations. This forum is for sharing CORRECT information and not speading rumors and wrong information. |

Thank you for your quick response to my queries. That was very ... shall we say, enlightening.
I have checked the Companies webisite (www.companies.govt.nz) and Asia & New Zealand Consultants (let's call them ANC, shall we?) is an active company with one sole director, a Mr Pushpinder Mehta. So, Mr Mehta (the "H" is the third letter of his name) is the owner of Mheta (the "H" is the second letter)? Are you confirming that fact?
So, if what you are saying is true (i.e. the relationship between Mheta and ANC) then the answer to the original post is yes, Mheta is .... real.
Of course, for all potential clients who are reading this post, please be on the safe side of caution. Don't just rely on what we are saying on this post (my views included).
To all potential clients, be reminded to ASK QUESTIONS - wag na kayong mahiya (don't be shy) in asking the tough and sensitive questions to any immigration consultant.
You, as the client, have the right to be an active participant in the migration process, not to mention you paid a pretty penny hiring them.
And for God's sake, read the contract handed over to you by the consultant. Wag lang tayong pirma ng pirma (Don't just sign the contract). If you do not understand a provision of a contract, ask. If you feel that the contract is inflexible, ask for a variation. If you feel that the consultant is not acting on your best interests, tell it straight away.
Now comes my next question:
Why on freaking earth do they charge exorbitant fees?! NZ$4,500.00 (more or less Php 148,500.00) for consulting fees? Does it cover consultant fees and immigration fees, medical?
Goodness, if they charge like that, I'm in the wrong profession ... |

don't worry, storm.
i have passed on the information to the local authorities in the Philippines (local government where your Mheta consultancy is operating) to check if that business entity is paying correct license fees, taxes.
Perhaps, BIR may be also interested to look at your books?
If you (i.e. Mehta) are charging thousands of pesos for your services, I think you should also pay the right taxes to the phil. government? Are you? |

and how come on the official receipt of mheta immigration consultancy the printed registered owner /
proprietor is melissa , the secretary of mr mheta and not mr mheta himself. ?
well good for others who availed of the good services of this agency...
