Hi,I am a professor of IT and a free-lance programmer/analyst. I have a professor-friend in NZ (he is a Kiwi). He offered me a Phd scholarship at their university provided that I have a residence permit. He also offered to help me find a job in the university like tutoring, laboratory assistant and I will be his research assistant to augment my living and my studies expenses. I would like to ask anyone of you here if this offering can be use to support a "job" offer for my residence (skilled migrant) application? Any idea will be well appreciated.
