To all who can help:

I have already filed my application in Bangkok br. but the visa officer who contacted me and asked some information was from Beijing Br. does this mean that my PR application will be processed at Beijing Branch ?

hi allan,

pareho tayo. i filed lastApril 4, with bangkok but my visa officer is from Beijing.(Sonia Xu). I am scheduled for interview on May 31, in Bangkok with my husband.
