can someone explain this further
could i get additional points if my job is in the list ? is this only applicable to job experiences in nz?

Longterm skill shortage list (used to be called POL) is the list of occupation that is in-demand in all of NZ. If your occupation is included there, then you can claim pts in the EOI

so if i'm a software engineer sa pinas and it's in the list, i get extra points?

occupation or job experience?
