Tanung:
I have pasted below yung mga medical conditons na generally the Immigration will deny your sponsorship ng Immigration to sponsor your parent and sibling.
I'm planning to sponsor my Mom and my only sister in the Philippines. Because my mom looks for her.So tingin nyo ba eh maapprove yung sponsorship ng kapatid ko sabay ng mommy ko?Hindi naman alagain ang kapatid ko eh,.She can eat and feed herself .Is there anyone na merong idea that have the same problems?

I can understand your situation. As you said, the center of gravity of your family is in NZ, so there is no problem with your mother. Regarding your sister, looks like you need to sponsor your mother first before your sister per INZ.
"To be eligible your brother, sister or adult child must have no other siblings or parents who are living lawfully and permanently in the same country in which they are living lawfully and permanently"
Perhaps you can sponsor your mother first and let your sister come to NZ on visitor's visa together with your mother once her sponsorship has been approved. You can, then, apply for sponsorship of your sister once she is here. Not sure of this approach though. Others might have similar experience. Regarding the medical condition of your sister, item#7-central nervous system disease, dont know how this will affect her eventual sponsorship. Try consulting your GP or any medical doctor that you know. Hope this helps. |
