I've read in the other thread that Mr. Rainier Sales had just put up a new immigration consulting firm. Visit the links to contact him/his firm.

This guy is one of the most efficient people I know at INZ Manila. We haven't met personally but he took good care of my application long ago even though my application had to come from a southern province in the Philippines. He is quick in his replies to my queries and very helpful indeed. He's one of those that can give a little bit of reassurance and relief knowing how stressful immigration matters can be.
Im sad though that INZ Manila let him go! Hmm, I'm beginning to think NZIS does not know how to keep real talents.
Anyway, I'm sure this guy can help those who are in dire need of a consultant - one who is competent and can give value for money.
Go Rainier!
WARNING: I HAVE NO INTEREST in this company whatsover. My recommendation is based on my experience with the quality of service Rainier has graciously extended to me in my application for a visa years ago. I am doing this as a matter of gratitude for someone who did help me in a kind way. |

I too have been dealing with Mr Sales professionally during my initial application at the NZ Immigration Manila branch. From my personal point of view Mr Sales deals with your application professionally and expeditiously, if albeit a by-the-book sort of individual.
I am surprised by his decision to leave and set up a new immigration consultancy.
However, people should know that Mr Sales is not a registered immigration consultant with the IAA as of 10 March 2010. Focus New Zealand Consultancy Limited is not a registered immigration consultant company with the IAA as of 10 March 2010.
Focus New Zealand Consultancy Limited is not a registered company according to the New Zealand Companies website. Due to the difficulty in securing information online, I am unsure if Focus New Zealand is a registered company with the Philippine SEC or an enterprise with the DTI.
Granted, being an offshore consultant, Mr Sales and Focus New Zealand are still not required to register with the IAA, but Immigration New Zealand has issued that all offshore consultants should all be registered by May 2010, and that just two months away by my calculation.
I hope Mr Sales and Focus New Zealand are taking steps to register the himself and the company with the IAA. I also hope that prospective migrants are aware of laws set up in place by NZ Immigration to protect their interests and act accordingly. |

| Yes I agree. Rainier is quite efficient. He personally followed up the immigration papers of my son after being neglected by another immigration officer in Manila. My son was able to travel to NZ as scheduled. |

Thank you for the good comments. I think it is better though that I leave the postings to individuals who have no financial interests, as I am a company. As the post says, no advertising.
Anyway I think it is a good blog, keep it up! This will be my last posting. Cheers to all! |

It's no use closing the stable door, after the horse has bolted. |
