Hi Sniper & Ichiman,

It seems that we are almost in the same timelines.

We are on the process of completing our ITA requirements.

I have few questions to ask, can you please advice or give some tips?

> regarding evidence of period of relationship, do we need to make a narrative story of our relationship? Or it is enough to provide our Marriage certificate, pictures together including our wedding, bills, etc? How will I consolidate them? ( Kailangan ko bang idikit sa coupon band like yung mga pictures, small papers like bills , etc.Pwede bang ilagay sa isang small envelope in between)

> Job descriptions: I was'nt able to secure from my previous employers, can I make a statement of declaration instead?

> Do I need as well to include proofs of employments for my previous job which are not given points since the country of employment was/is not in the comparable labour market?

> How about yung school credentials pala, pati highschool nyo Form 137 kailangan pa ba? kasi papaauthenticate pa yun no just in case sa DEPED then DFA?

> Yung NBI clearance nyo, pina DFA nyo pa ba?

Below is my timeline:

EOI Submitted --- July 2009
EOI Selected --- September 2009
EOI Successful --- October 2009
ITA Received --- December 2009 (ITA to lodge at Shanghai Branch)
ITA Intial Due --- March 2010
ITA Final Due --- June 2010 (I asked for extension)

I hope to receive your reply soon, thanks!

if you guys live together on one roof since you got married or live continuosly for at least a year.. then no need to provide. just send your marriage cert (orig or CTC).

then if not (just in case one of you worked overseas) you need to provide letters, remittance receipt, emails.

> Job descriptions: I was'nt able to secure from my previous employers, can I make a statement of declaration instead?

employment certs you mean? well you can send your contracts or payslips

> Do I need as well to include proofs of employments for my previous job which are not given points since the country of employment was/is not in the comparable labour market?

if you include them on your EOI; better do send them. nothing to loose.

> How about yung school credentials pala, pati highschool nyo Form 137 kailangan pa ba? kasi papaauthenticate pa yun no just in case sa DEPED then DFA?

just send your college diploma and TOR, not necessarily to be authenticated. send(orig or CTC)

> Yung NBI clearance nyo, pina DFA nyo pa ba?

no need to go to DFA, just send the original copy. keep the personal copy with you. just make sure your NBI is for "TRAVEL ABROAD"

i could see that there is an "interview" stage. is this after you've submitted the requirements for the ITA?

also, i saw that most interviews happened in Beijing, don't we have a NZ embassy here in the Philippines? can't the interview be done here instead?

if it needs to done in Beijing, is suppose we need a china visa and the sponsor would be the NZ embassy in Beijing ( but at the expense of the applicant).

thanks!

yes..as what i've read on other posts. if the ITA you submit satisfies all the required dox/tests then "INTERVIEW" is next..when i dont know.. i'm also waiting for possible interview.

INTERVIEW is thru telephone..
