Hi,

My wife graduated from the University of Utah with Bachelor of Nursing in may 2009.
Got licensed (NCLEX) in July 2009. Got the job in September 2009 on Oncology/Bone marrow transplant unit.

Can she apply for CAP or directly for registration with Nurse Council, after taking IELTS(7.0+). If not how much experience does she need to do so? What other options are available?
