ng sariling bahay nila? Baka po makahingi ng pointers at tulong sa details kung paano nyo nasimulan ibenta ang bahay nyo without REA na sobrang mahal ang commission! I know there are a number of procedures to follow, things to keep in mind, etc, etc, at may mga info about that, pero iba pa rin kasi ang actual experience when doing it di ba?
