No answer for me in terms of Malaysia.
For the Philippines, residency can be proven by the following: possession of Philippine passport showing you have traveled to other countries but returned to the Philippines, employment certificate, COMELEC identification and/or certification from your baranggay chairperson that you have been a resident of your baranggay for x number of years. |

Hi,
How long you've been working in Malaysia? If more than 1 year, you just need to supply police clearance from Malaysia government. Well, that's my case before when I worked in Singapore, dunno the new policy.

I've been staying here for more than a year now.
I was requested to get a certificate of good conduct from the ministry of foreign affairs. will this be enough, or do I need to get another certificate from the local government? |
