Hi guys! have been an avid fan of this site. every bit of information shared is really valuable to those like me who is planning to migrate to NZ.
To those "veterans" or soon to be new zealanders out there, thanks for sharing your experiences and knowledge on different topics..
Question for those who applied for WTR (then to PR) with their partner under "defacto", does PR requirements apply to both members such as finding a job with in 9 months, etc? hence, if not met, one will have to go back to the country of origin?
Can anyone shed some light into this. Thanks |

PR requirements as to finding skilled job only applies to the principal applicant, ie you.
Other requirements such as health and character shall be met by all parties to the application. |
