| Been applying for another job as structural draftsman/estimator/civil engineer...most of the time, when I ring a company they'd say there were at least 25 applicants for the position, one company even said there were 50! The air is getting thin!!! |

Shrugs. . . it's expected since lots of infrastructure projects are on hold due to financing problems.
At least you still have your current job - or is the current job also in danger, if I may ask? |

| In danger of course, but nevertheless, we still have the means to eat and pay rent. But still, it is nerve-wracking how the job market has gone from a greener pasture to an empty lot of sand dune. God save the Queen!!! |
