| hello! were going to New Zealand this coming august 22, 2009 and our visa is from work to residence visa.. can you please help as to find aparment for rent? or is there any work available for my husband,since his the principal sponsor. His a computer technician, or if you want some computer repair you can contact me anytime or my husband once were in NZ |

try to find a temporary accommodation. getting a lease for an apartment could be long-term, (e.g. one year). you don't want to be stuck in a situation where you'll have a job offer in another city whilst you are living (with a long-term lease) in another.
you know what I mean?
