Any ideas about this type of OZ visa?
My potential employer in OZ is offering a job and the company will work out the whole thing under this type of visa?
Any thoughts on this visa, pitfalls, etc.?
Cheers. |

From what i gather from the immigration website, the only real pitfall is that you are obligated to work in the nominated position in that region for two years - so no change of state during that time, otherwise, visa is canceled.
Otherwise, it is a visa that grants permanent residency for you and your family straight away - as against the 457 work visa so that is a plus. As long as the region is not some backwater hinterland hundreds of miles from civilization and it is in your career plan, then why not jump? |
