Hi! pls help us clear things on what does this mean bec it is stated on top of the letter,together with the passports,addressed to Ninoy Aquino international airport.Does this mean, that we have to be in manila since we plan to have the flight here in Cebu(sg-auckland).

i'm supposed to ake side comments, but I'm being good today...
no, you can stil use the port of cebu. in case the cebu authrories ask for it, then show them the letter (even though it is addressed to naia). |
