Alright, so I am coming to NZ in about 4 days impromtu, I've just decided. I don't know a whole lot of specifics--just a few suggestions by word of mouth... enter all of you who read this
So if I'm going to be there Late november for 3-4 weeks, what are the must-dos? South? or North? (definitely interested in hiking)
And do you suppose it's fairly simple/safe to hitchhike mostly anywhere being a female traveling alone?
Any suggestions?
