| i m 26 years old form Taiwan,my name is Tina, i was stay in Auckland for 1 year, looking for someone would like to tramping in Tongariro National Park during 26 Dec and 29 Dec , as check the bus ticket from auckland/Turangi just 29.00 pp one way, If you are staying in Auckland, can we have meeting first, thanks, My Email: waterymf@hotmail.com |

I dont think its only $29.00, cause going from Auckland to Tauranga costs from $40 up. what bus company is it? |

Wow...there is a very big discrepancy with the fare.
I also intend to visit a relative in NZ during the Christmas holiday, what will you see in Tongariro National Park?

Just the transport from one part of Tongoriro Crossing to the other is $20 to $30. No idea the cost from Taupo, but there are companies that do package deals.
Also, check out the other attraction in the park. I love the waterfalls near Whakapapa.
