hello,
what are the chances of my mom being denied a parent visa since her xray result showed she has an Interstitial Lung Disease (ILD)? Please advise, I'm worried that she might be denied.

just submit the application, the medical assessor will evaluate it, then the visa officer will contact you if there's a need for further assessment.
"cross the bridge when you get there"
i dont know what ILD is, but I think its tuberculosis that NZIS is very concerned about.
