wannna ask from anybody, my wife got a working visa under partnership, does she have to attend PDOS? thanks |

Nope, no PDOS. PDOS are mandatory for those under the work to residence visa.
She needs clearance though from DOLE-OWWA. Didn't new zealand immigration give her a letter to give through OWWA? |

| Levi, Thanks for the promp reply. She had one addressing to ninoy aquino intenational airpot that she does not need POEA certificate. Does she need to present this to owwa-poea or this is enough to present at the airport? Also, will this be valid in Mactan International Airport in cebu? thanks again. |

I think she has to make a letter addressed to OWWA requesting that she be given clearance. Then proceed to the fourth floor of OWWA (building in ortigas near robinson's - wait, are you in Cebu? Hmm, that might be a problem coz I applied for clearance in Manila).
If I were the Mactan Airport official, I will not recognize the letter. To be on the safe side, better ask the visa officer quick to change the adressee of the letter to Mactan International. |

| Thanks Levi, but we have called nz immigration and according to Rainier sales, technical adviser, the letter should be okay, if mactan airport have issues they can contact him daw. |
