hi..im currently in the process of preparing my documents for NZ registration as an RN but im not quite sure on how the the authentication to malacanang really goes. do the documents need to be handed in personaly or it can be sent? also a concern of mine is on the PRC certification. i did apply for that in PRC baguio and they were the ones who sent it..now im not sure if it went thru malacanang.. Crying or Very sad

no need to go to malacanang for authentication. its PRC then DFA then NZ embassy,

my documents are certified by a justice of peace here in nz, the rest are certified by notary public in phils, no dfa authentication or whatsoever.
