Hello,

A poor soul is threatening to ruin our application for immigration. What should we do? He might be able to contact the visa officer to tell lies and deterrent remarks w/c could jeopardize our application.

Please help.

Do you have anything to be afraid of?

I think the VO will consider only the application based on submitted documents.

However, if the "poor soul" may provide substantial information to NZIS/your VO (enough to discredit your application), the VO may ask questions from you about the issue or ask for further documents denying otherwise.

i suggest you settle this matter between the two of you.
