gudpm. can somebody help me.

My friend wants to work in NZ as a nurse. Wat are the processes that he should undergo?

Does he need a work experience before applying for a visa? Because I saw one information regarding NZ nurses that they accept applicants with or without experience.

He wants to go there by January 2009. Can he be able to obtain the needed requirements on time? We just graduated and board exam results will be out by august this year. We are currently reviewing for the IELTS.

NCNZ now requires one year post registration work experience.and IELTS 7.0 in all areas
